Welcome to Historic Leadership Training

We provide corporate leadership workshops for groups and individuals using history’s finest role models such as Abraham Lincoln, Frederick Douglass, Winston Churchill, Sitting Bull, Clara Barton, Robert E. Lee, Lewis & Clark, and others.

We immerse you in the places where you can learn best from these role models: the battlefields of Gettysburg and Antietam, the seaports of Annapolis and Mystic, and the great plains of Montana , to name a few.

Since 1984, we have served hundreds of organizations and thousands of attendees.

Individual Training Courses
By popular demand, we bring our best lessons to a value-packed condensed format for busy executives, small business owners, and government leaders. These classes are designed to focus on specific leadership issues affecting the contemporary workplace.

Group Training Courses
Designed for classes of 12-30 students, these multi-day workshops help you apply leadership lessons to organizational issues.

We look forward to seeing you at an upcoming workshop!
